Alemdar Pressan has been manufacturing since 1974, serving the automotive supply industry with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction until 2000. From 2000 onwards it analysed advancing technologies and the needs of the sector and added metal furniture fittings to its range.
In 2006 the company moved to a new production plant in the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone, with a total site area of 5,200 m² and 3,400 m² under roof, and continues to operate with a customer- and quality-focused approach. It develops its production processes with an emphasis on innovation, so as to keep pace with continually changing demand.
We use 70% of our production capacity to meet export demand, the greater part of it directed to the European market, and we aim to add new markets to our export portfolio. The remaining 30% serves the domestic market, while continuous R&D sustains our position in the sector.

Fibre laser cutting, CNC press brakes, eccentric and hydraulic presses, spot and gas metal arc welding lines and our electrostatic powder coating plant all run on a single line across 3,400 m² of covered area.

Four machines: 20 kW, 12 kW and 2 × 4 kW. Beds up to 6000 × 2500 mm; cutting up to 50 mm steel, 30 mm stainless and 25 mm aluminium.

Founded
Alemdar Pressan was founded in Kayseri to provide sheet metal processing and stamping for the automotive supply industry.
2000
Furniture line
Furniture fittings were added to the range; handle and leg series of our own design went into production.
2006
Industrial zone
Production moved to the new plant in the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone: a 5,200 m² site with 3,400 m² under roof.
Today
Integrated production
Laser cutting, tube cutting, CNC bending, stamping, welding and electrostatic powder coating under one roof.
