Our CNC press brakes work with tool sets whose bending sequence is programmed in advance. On multi-station parts there is no dimensional difference between the first piece and the thousandth.
Angle compensation and inner radius calculation are done in CAM before production; the springback of the material is compensated from the outset.
Cutting, punching and bending run under one roof, so there is no intermediate transport and no lost time.
